rc666 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern all aspects of your relationship with rc666, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and account closure. They should be read alongside the rc666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rc666. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and any other document published by rc666, these T&C shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

rc666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, rc666 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the T&C periodically. If you continue to use the platform after a change takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.

In addition to the age requirement, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an active rc666 account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your real name and a valid mobile number.
• You must not already hold another active account on rc666. One account per Player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or in partnership with any third party in your use of rc666.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of rc666 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.

rc666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point in the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if rc666 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not satisfy the eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation. The minimum deposit on rc666 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though rc666 reserves the right to request documentation for large transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. rc666 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically faster than for card-based methods. rc666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or public holidays.

rc666 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (including mobile wallet operators) may impose their own transaction charges, over which rc666 has no control. • Bonuses are awarded to the Player's Wallet as bonus credit, which must be distinguished from real-money credit until wagering requirements are met.

Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rc666 may void all associated bonus credit and winnings derived from it and may suspend or close the account.

All games available on rc666 are supplied by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates under its own published rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages as defined by the supplying studio. rc666 does not control the outcomes of any game — all outcomes are determined by the respective game provider's certified RNG system. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the records held by the relevant game provider shall take precedence over any display error or player recollection.

rc666 expects all Players to engage with the platform in a fair and honest manner. If a self-excluded Player is found to have accessed the platform during an exclusion period, any winnings generated during that period may be voided and the account will be subject to review. rc666 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and reserves the right to proactively contact Players whose account activity suggests that responsible gaming limits may be appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rc666 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming sessions due to network outages; technical errors in game display not caused by rc666; losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these T&C; losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain the security of their credentials; and any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

rc666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these T&C, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by rc666's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by rc666.

All content on the rc666 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (as presented by rc666), promotional materials, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of rc666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Players may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rc666 content without prior written authorisation. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by rc666 under licence.

rc666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, rc666 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on rc666, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and rc666 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. rc666's failure to enforce any right or provision under these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These T&C are drafted in English, and the English language version shall be the authoritative version in any dispute or legal proceeding.
